April 24th- school will close from 12 to 2 p.m.

April 1 st Our school competed in the New York State Taekwondo Championships. Our brave students Battled with the best in the state and did very well considering it was our first competition as a school and we had only one coach for half the day. We will look to bring more coaches to the governers cup tournament. The following are the results and photos can be found in the photo gallery.
Sean took 1st place in his sparring competition and displayed patience as he had to wait a long time before the metals were given out.
Celine worked hard to compete in absence of a coach and did very well. She took 2nd place in breaking and forms and 1st place in sparring. Her ability to focus under such adversity was the true essence of a Black Belt.
Brittany
took 2nd place for both breaking and sparring, she also competed in sparring with out a coach and also admired Conner for his outstanding performance. She was heard telling others she would like to be just as good as he is when she gets her green belt.
Conner took 1st place in his sparring competition after an exhibition match and 1st place in breaking with the help of an amazing head butt break.
Elyssa took 2nd place in breaking and 1st place in forms.She really admires Conner for his outstanding performance.
Rachel
took 1st place in breaking and demonstrated outstanding heart and courage in her exhibition sparring match which she took 2nd place in. she fought with pride determination and never gave up. I was very proud of her performance. she also competed in sparring with out a coach for her second bout.
Mrs. O took 1st place in breaking and 2nd place in forms, she demonstrated that age isn't a factor in Tae Kwon Do. Her parts may break down, but she keeps going.
