February 22nd - Please forgive this late notice however I will have to end classes thursday February 22nd at 450 p.m..I must attend to family matters as you all are aware of. Classes will resume on February 23rd at 10 a.m.

February 15th - I will be at school around 12 - 1230 today if you would like the 12 pm cardio class we will run it from that time foward, otherwise come to the 2 pm cardio class. Come in if you are off from school and train. I will be here - ice or no ice through 850 tonight. Thanks for your patience with the weather, Master Bart
