YES. Parents step onto the mat with their Children. They get involved in the activities, learn to use equipment and above all, they truly build a solid connection. They see their child grow in confidence, listening, following directions, and many other skill as they progress through their belt ranks. Building strong family units is important to us at Atomic Tae Kwon Do for our Huntington community.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you can do sport in! Not really suitable to practice kicks in a skirt.😳

Our instructors are highly skilled in teaching martial arts to kids. It’s their PASSION!
A Parent is actively involved during the class and stays on the mat with the child. We encourage other family members to join and watch the class to celebrate the success and progress of the students. Our specially designed “Connection Zone” allows the visitors to sit close to the mat and enjoy the class.
